Initially, we guide customers to do online payments directly to the bank website or links provided by the clients to their loan account. In certain cases, customers are unable to do the payment digitally even after telephonic guidance. Finally, we schedule flexible payment pickup facility based on the customer's availability. This facility helps collect and update the timely payment in the customer's account as per their convenience and allows the payment to reflect on the same day credit in the bank account.
