Our field debt collectors track the assigned accounts and plan a course of action to recover outstanding debts by locating customers and inquiring about the payment status. Our team investigates, handle customer's complaints if any and resolve customer discrepancies. A level of trust is always maintained between the collector and the debtor. We believe in giving our best to meet targets, within the given deadlines.
